Moroccan Mint Tea
Ingredients-
- 2 tsp tea leaves
- 2 inch cinnamon
- 4 star anise (chakri phool)
- 16 tsp castor sugar
- 16 fresh mint leaves
- 4 lemons
Method-
- Place tea leaves , mint leaves , lemon wedges , cinnamon , star anise and castor sugar in taepot.
- Pour a hot or boiling water in teapot and let it infuse for 3-4 minutes
- Mix it well until sugar is dissolved
- Pour it into glass and serve it well.
