Butter Paneer

As name sounds , Butter paneer is made up of butter and paneer with different spices and it gives some creamy taste due to excess use of butter and some cream. Its is very easy to make and if you want to taste it more tasty please make sure before making that you have all ingredients properly .

Ingredients-

  • 250 grams Paneer
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (fresh)
  • 3 Red Chilies
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Bay leaves
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 3 Cloves
  • 2 Cardamons
  • 1 tbsp Peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp Cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp White Poppy seeds ( Khus-Khus) 
  • 2 Onions sliced
  • 6 Tomatoes ( roughly chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 1/2 Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
  • Salt to taste.

How to make-

1- In a large pan heat a tbsp of oil and butter.
2- Then, add some red chilies,ginger and garlic paste,bay leaves,cinnamon,cloves,cardamon and peppercorn.Mix it well .
                             Now add cashew nuts , Khus -Khus and onions .Once the onions turns turns brown add roughly chopped tomatoes. Saute it and mix it well.
3- Cover the pan with its lid and cook till the tomatoes gets soft and the mixture starts giving smell. 
4- Turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool.
5-Once the mixture gets cool enough, take it out in a blender and blend to give it a smooth paste
6-Take a pan heat a tbsp  of butter add the blended paste and garam masala powder , turmeric powder , chili powder , tomato ketchup and salt. Mix it well. Now add 4 cups of water.
7-Now add some crushed Kasuri Methi, chopped paneer and cream.
 Your Butter Paneer is ready to serve.
Garnish it with Heavy cream to look Tasty .
