Mexican Wraps
A Mexican starter or snacks
Ingredients-
- 8 Tortillas
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 2 medium carrots (grated)
- 1 cup baked beans
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 4 tbsp yogurt (drained)
- 2 tbsp red chilies (crushed)
- leaves of lettuce
Method-
- Heat both sides of tortilla on a tawa or a pan
- Placed the tortilla on a plate and spread some salsa over it.
- Now spread beans over it.
- Top it with grated carrots , grated cheese , lettuce and yogurt
- Now sprinkle some crushed red chillies and roll up with tortailla firmly.
- Fold a napkin around it and serve immediately.
