Chili Cheese Mushroom Momos

Ingredients-
For dough-
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- salt to taste
For stuffing-
- 250 g Mushroom (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 tsp chili
- 1 tsp spring onions
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 50 g graded cheese
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- salt to taste.
Directions to prepare-
- Take a bowl , add all purpose flour and water slowly to knead a dough. The dough should not be very sticky.
- Keep the dough cover for 2 hours .
- Take a pan , heat the oil and add ginger , garlic , onion , saute for a minute.
- Add in mushrooms , green chili . saute it till the mushrooms are cooked and water is evaporated.
- Once the mushroom is cooked, add black pepper , spring onions ,soya sauce , vinegar , and salt. Mix it well
- Now turn off the flame and keep the mixture aside to get cool.
- Once the mixture is cool , add graded cheese and mix it well.
- Take a momo or idli steamer , fill it with water and heat it with medium flame.
- Divide the dough in two parts in a size of lemon.
- Take each ball and start rolling it out on a surface. Roll out the dough as thin so that the outer layer of the momo is thin and delictae.
- In every flatten dough , fill 1 tsp of filing and fold the edges of the remaining layer. Do that same with remaining dough.
- Grease the steamer with oil , and start placing the stuffed momos.
- Steam it until they are soft.
- Serve the momos with schezwan sauce or mayonnise.
