Cottage Cheese Pancake
Pancakes are a traditional breakfast treat or meal that are very easy to make.Once you get the basic recipe down,you can start experimenting and putting your own spin on these breakfast -time favorites. Cottage Cheese pancakes are one of them,easy to make,healthy to eat and a tasteful recipe.
Ingredients
- 225 g cottage cheese or Paneer (graded)
- 40 g Plain Paneer
- 2 TSP oil
- 3 eggs lightly beaten
- Maple Syrup or honey
Direction to Prepare -
1- Combine cottage cheese,flour,oil and eggs in a large bowl.
2- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and put some oil.
3- Pour 1/4 cups of batter into the pan.
4- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface,flip with spatula and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5- Transfer pancakes to a plate. Serve pancakes drizzled with maple syrup or honey.
