Banana , Ginger and Yogurt Smoothie

Banana,Ginger & Yogurt Smoothie-

Smoothie is a thick,cold beverage made from pureed raw fruit,and sometimes vegetable,using a hand blender or normal blender.


Ingredients-

  • 200 g vanilla yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup ice.

Direction to prepare-

1- Place vanilla yogurt,banana,ginger,honey and ice in a blender,blend until smooth.

2- Garnish it with some chopped bananas and honey or mint leaves.
